Exemplifying simpler times, The Duxbury Cider Co is the culmination of over a decade of craftsmanship into the art of cider making.
Duxbury Cider is Meaford's first craft hard cider and is made exclusively with Georgian Bay apples, including heritage and organic varieties. This dry, crisp and flavourful cider is made in small vintage batches and is available only at select dining establishments.
So look for the trademark Percheron horse drawn wagon and order up a glass of Duxbury Cider.

A bold experiment in northern viticulture, Coffin Ridge Vineyard and Winery is located along the beautiful and rugged northern end of the Niagara Escarpment.
In 2008 we added cider production to our artful ways and began producing our exciting, crisp and dry Forbidden Cider. Our craft cider program has since expanded to include regular limited edition special releases exclusively available at our Tasting Bar.
Made from 100% Grey County apples this artisanal cider is cold pressed and filtered to preserve the fresh, crisp, new harvest apple flavours.

It has been almost a century since great grandfather Leonard Ardiel first planted apple trees on the home farm. He was succeeded by grandfather Fred who focused on expanding the orchards.
His legacy has been perpetuated by his son John, along with his wife Lynda, and their sons Greg and Liam. They continue to grow the apple business and plant more orchards in the Beaver Valley.
The recent cider revolution has led the Ardiel family to preserve and nurture the older apple orchards to ensure Ardiel Cider House continues to produce and craft locally grown distinct and delicious ciders.

All Great Canadian Ciders are made from organic apples grown and picked by local apple growers. We hand-select our varieties to create our blends from orchards in Quebec's Rougemont Valley, and the Beaver Valley here in Ontario. We press all of our apples ourselves.
Our goal at the Great Canadian Cider Company is to create and distribute the very best Hard Ciders in Canada using locally grown organic apples. To us, that means we strive to always be local, be sustainable, and to give back.

At Spy, our mission is anything but impossible: make the best apple-based ciders and spirits anywhere in the free world . Our modus operandi? Never kompromat.
Our cider and spirits contain two types of fruit: the kind we grow ourselves on our organic farm in The Blue Mountains, and the kind we steal or buy directly from our nearby neighbours.
Pressing the very best fruit on site allows Spy to create batches from the organic fruit grown on our farm. This also gives us the chance to experiment with highly sensitive one-off batches. Distillery opening Summer 2019.

At Beaver Valley Orchard and Cidery, it's all about the apples!
Located just 5 km north of Kimberley on the scenic Beaver Valley Road,
we ferment our cider in small batches from select varieties of heritage apples grown in our own orchard or supplied by neighbouring Georgian Bay apple growers. Every step from pressing to bottling is performed with care at our family farm.
Our cidermaking style favours minimal intervention. Our ciders naturally produce an alcohol level of about 7% abv. We do not add any sugar, alcohol or artificial flavours. Most of our ciders are lightly infused with carbon dioxide to heighten flavours.

Perched between the Beaver and Big Head River Valleys, Windswept Farm is a little slice of paradise. Naturally abundant with wild seedling apple trees, and a beautiful old grove of wild Perry pears, it seemed destined to be the home of our orchards and cider house.
We've spent the past couple years grafting and planting over 1000 trees, and we're always on the hunt for new sources and varieties of heirloom apples, pears and other edibles to add to our orchards.
We've discovered many wild seedling trees (wildings) which are descendants of many of these forgotten apple varieties.
