About Scenic Caves Nature Adventures
In 1850, when an intrepid visitor journeyed up Blue Mountain and left his initials in the cave known today as Fern Cavern, the trip would have been an adventure indeed. Now, owner Rob Thorburn continues to build on that heritage with even more exciting activities at the popular attraction - like the 420' long suspension footbridge, Thunderbird Twin Zip Line, 27 kilometers of professionally groomed beginner and intermediate cross country ski trails, and 10 kilometers of snowshoe trails.
