Blackberry-Lavender Sparkling Cocktails: Spring Dinner Party Menu

What better way to celebrate spring than with a seasonal cocktail?

Try this fun, festive, simple recipe from Country Living. 


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
  • 1 cup blackberries (try one of our trail stops for fresh berries) 

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 

  • 1/4 cup vodka 

  • 1 tablespoon edible lavender 

  • Champagne or sparkling wine

  • Combine the blackberries, maple syrup/ honey, and vodka and bring to a boil in a saucepan 

  • Boil for a 3-5 minutes, breaking down the berries with a spoon 

  • Add the lavender and let boil one more minute, remove from heat

  • Place a spoonful into each glass - teaspoon to tablespoon depending on how sweet you like it

  • Top the glasses off with bubbly

  • Garnish with a spring o and top it off with the bubbly and a lavender sprig for garnish
